Neurodiversity Family Coach
Helping Parents Understand Their Neurodivergent Child and Support Them with Confidence.
This Is What I Do
I'm Xanna Stuart, a Neurodiversity Family Coach.
I help parents replace confusion with clarity, so they can confidently support their neurodivergent child.
Together we'll understand your child's unique brain, make sense of assessments and diagnoses and develop approaches that work for your family - so you feel confident supporting them at home, at school and beyond.
You don't have to figure it out all on your own.
Because understanding changes everything.
I’m not just trained and experienced in this – I live it.
Professionally: I'm a Level 5 Accredited Life Coach and Mentor with specialist training in ADHD and Autism, combining evidence-informed coaching with practical, real-life strategies.
Personally: I have ADHD myself and I'm raising a child with AuDHD (ADHD + autism). I understand the questions, frustrations and emotions that can come with parenting a neurodivergent child because I've experienced them too.
Helping parents move from...
"Why is everything so hard?"
...to this
"Oh... that's why. Now I know how to support them"
My coaching is compassionate, practical and forward-focused. Together, we'll strengthen your confidence as a parent, help you advocate for your child and create lasting change for your family.
My goal is simple: to help your whole family thrive.
Because when parents understand, children thrive.

Why Choose Me?
Families choose to work with me because I offer:
✔ Practical, real-life strategies
✔ Lived experience of ADHD and parenting AuDHD
✔ Evidence-informed coaching
✔ Calm, compassionate support
✔ A focus on understanding—not blame
